Kangana Ranaut Says Bollywood Actresses Never Supported Her

On April 2nd, 2021 Actress Kangana Ranaut quote tweeted a fan-made video where she was seen praising several Bollywood actresses. The video was shared by a fan Twitter account, where the caption read that whether it is Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor Khan or Taapsee Pannu, Kangana is one of those Indian actresses who never shied away from praising them, but the tweet claims that Bollywood “ganged up against her during Manikarnika.”

Sharing the video, Kangana said that none of the mentioned actors have praised her back or expressed support to her. “Why they gang up on me? Why this conspiracy to look through me and my work? Think hard,” she continued.

She further wrote, “As you can see how comfortably I go for their movie previews when they invite by calling and messaging me directly, they send flowers and pamper me to sky and when I call them for my previews they don’t even take my calls now I bajao them every day cause that’s what they deserve,” she added

Here’s the interview that she quote tweeted.

On March 22, Kangana Ranaut won National Award in the Best Actress category for her performance in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi and Panga.

The actress’s upcoming film ‘Thalaivi’ is a biopic of J Jayalalithaa which is set for a release on April 23. Dhaakad and Tejas are some of her other lined up projects.
