Anuradha Roy Shortlisted For International Dublin Literary Awards 2020

The International Dublin Award 2020 shortlisted eight women authors including India’s Anuradha Roy for her book All the Lives We Never Lived.

Anuradha’s fourth book, All the Lives We Never Lived, has been a hit since its release. The author has won multiple awards and recognition including the 2018 Tata Literature Live Book of the Year Award. It was shortlisted for the DSC Prize for South Asian Literature, The Hindu Literary Prize 2018and the Walter Scott Prize in 2019.

Anuradha Roy is also the co-founder of Permanent Black, a publishing house. She was born in 1967 in Kolkata. She studied English Literature from Presidency College and is an affiliate to the University of Calcutta and University of Cambridge. The distinguished author’s three other books are An Atlas of Impossible Longing, Sleeping on the Jupiter, and The Folded Sun.

Anuradha’s All the Lives We Never Lived was shortlisted from a list of 156 novels which were submitted by library systems in 119 cities of 40 countries.
