We’re excited to announce the upcoming second season of the popular series ‘Made in Heaven’. This new season will take us further into the multifaceted lives of our favourite characters as they juggle the intricacies of planning and executing wedding celebrations, whilst simultaneously traversing unexpected paths in their personal lives.

Building on the success and depth of the inaugural season, the upcoming sequel will also feature an array of intriguing cameo roles. With an empathetic and nuanced narrative, it will continue to unravel different societal prejudices.

Season Two is set to artfully illustrate the dynamic collision of age-old traditions and contemporary aspirations, all set against the grandeur of lavish Indian weddings. These intricate narratives will give viewers a vivid illustration of the continuous struggle for gender equality and women’s empowerment in a patriarchal society.

Directorial control of this seven-episode extravaganza is jointly held by Kagti and Akhtar, along with Alankrita Shrivastava, Neeraj Ghaywan, and Nitya Mehra.

The first season of ‘Made in Heaven’, which was unveiled in 2019, was lauded for its spellbinding narrative approach and the outstanding performances by the lead actors.
