YES! It is possible to make delicious pizza without an oven!

I love pizza, but I hate waiting for the oven to preheat. So I started experimenting with making pizza without an oven. It’s super easy and delicious to taste.

Let’s Start From Scratch

In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast, baking powder, 2 cups all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and sugar. Add some water and knead the dough until it is smooth. Because yeast is traditionally needed to produce the dough, you can substitute curd if you don’t have any. To do so, combine lukewarm water and dry yeast in a small bowl, stir well, and add to the pizza dough. While kneading the dough, you can add dried mixed herbs to make your pizza more appealing. Allow the dough to rise for a while and then set it aside.

Next, take small sections of the airy dough and flatten the crust with a rolling pin, then puncture the crust with a fork. Meanwhile, dust the crust with flour to prevent it from sticking to the non-stick pan.

Flip It On The Non-stick Pan

Start by buttering the pan, then set the dough, a dollop of pizza sauce, and the toppings on the top. You can also add meat if desired and then top with mozzarella cheese and seasonings like mixed herb or oregano, salt, and pepper to taste. Turn on the heat and cook without the lid for one minute. Then cover and cook for at least 10 minutes. Make sure the base doesn’t stick to the pan while it’s cooking.

Last but not least, move the pizza to a serving platter after the cheese begins to ooze out and is cooked to perfection.
