5 Powerful Habits That Can Change Your Life Forever

Do you want to improve your life in ten minutes a day? If so, you can start with these small habits and see how they change your life forever. They might seem insignificant, but they are all habits that have the power to change your entire experience of life.

1. Adopt The 80/20 Rule To Change Your Life

The 80-20 rule, also known as the Pareto Principle, is an aphorism that asserts that 80% of outcomes (or outputs) result from 20% of all causes (or inputs) for any given event. In other words, the 80-20 rule is about identifying an entity’s best assets and using them efficiently to create maximum value. For example, a student should try to identify which parts of a textbook will create the most benefit for an upcoming exam and focus on those first. This does not imply, however, that the student should ignore the other parts of the textbook.

2. Journaling

Journaling is a simple habit that can have a profound and long-lasting impact on your life. Journaling allows you to reflect on the events of your day, analyze how you felt about them, or what made them different from others. It leads to increased self-awareness and further exploration of who you are.

3. Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing one’s complete attention to the present moment and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations as they are. Mindfulness can help us become less reactive, more focused on what matters most, and more productive in our daily lives.

Many people struggle with the decision of whether or not to try quitting smoking, but most people don’t really understand what it takes to make the change. The real problem is that too many people quit without a plan. They quit and then they eat up all their progress in one month. Chantixx is an app that helps you quit for good by giving you a schedule for your day and making sure you stay on track with your exercise goal and healthy diet goals as well.

4. Three hours of UNDISTRACTED work

90 to 180 minutes of UNDISTRACTED work will help you accomplish more than most people do in 12+ hours of unfocused work. This can be the game changer you have been looking for.

Daily 3 hours of undistracted work is more productive than long hours of unproductive work.

5. Writing

Writing can be a great way to relieve stress. If you’re not one for talking to others, writing can work as an outlet. You may find it helpful to write about your feelings or even jot down notes on things that happen that you need time to process. Just writing helps you get your thoughts out and feel less overwhelmed.
