Dawa Yangzum Sherpa has made history as the first Nepali woman to climb all 14 peaks above 8,000 meters. On October 9, 2024, she reached the summit of Shishapangma in Tibet, completing this extraordinary achievement at the age of 33.
Dawa Yangzum Sherpa began her mountaineering career in 2009 with her first summit at Yala Peak. Over the years, she conquered some of the world’s most challenging mountains.
