Banoffee Pie: The Sweet and Creamy Dessert You’ve Been Craving

Banoffee pie Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 medium ripe bananas, sliced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Banoffee pie Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Spread the caramel sauce evenly over the cooled crust.
  7. Layer the sliced bananas over the caramel sauce.
  8. Spoon the whipped cream over the bananas, spreading it evenly.
  9. Top the pie with more sliced bananas.
  10. Refrigerate the pie for at least 1 hour before serving.
