6. Green & Blue Economy: Expanding clean energy capacity and tapping into maritime economic potential.
7. Soft Power & Creative Economy: Promoting global wellness, spiritual tourism, Yoga, and expanding India’s footprint in the global concert and entertainment sectors.
Empowering the nation’s youth (Yuva Shakti) served as a central theme throughout the address. Key welfare and skill-development announcements included:
8. Mass AI Upskilling: A nation-wide program to train over 1 crore youth in Artificial Intelligenceskills over the next year.
9. Free Online Competitive Coaching: Launch of free digital coaching platforms for students preparing for national competitive examinations.
10. Grassroots Sports Talent Hunt: A targeted campaign targeting children in the 5 to 15 age groupto build high-level athletic talent for the 2036 Olympic Games.
Highlighting progress made over the past decade, the Prime Minister emphasized the transition toward deep-tech manufacturing and alternative energy infrastructure:
