BCCI Extends Ajit Agarkar’s Term as Chief Selector

Under Agarkar’s tenure, the Indian team has seen a successful transition period, integrating several young stars into the T20 and ODI formats. With the next ODI World Cup on the horizon, the Board expressed full confidence in Agarkar’s vision for the squad’s core setup. “The goal is to provide a stable environment for the players and the coaching staff as we prepare for the global cycle,” a senior BCCI official stated.
